concerning the processing of personal data in connection with the submission of an enquiry via the contact form

Pursuant to Article 13(1) and (2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) "RODO", I kindly inform you that your data is processed for the purpose of this correspondence. Please find below detailed information.

II. The personal data controller processes personal data, in particular identification data (name, surname, company) and contact data (email address, telephone number) in order to handle an enquiry (asked in the form of an email, by telephone or through other communication channels) by means of communication depending on the scope of the data provided on the basis of the consent given(Art. 6(1)(a) RODO). To the extent that the data are processed for the purpose of handling the contact form, the data are processed depending on the content of the request in order to handle the correspondence (Art. 6(1)(f) RODO) or to take pre-contractual action at the request of the data subject (Art. 6(1)(b) RODO).

III. The provision of personal data is voluntary, but their provision is necessary for the handling of the request. Failure to provide them will make it impossible to handle the enquiry.

IV. Personal data will be processed for as long as they are necessary for the purposes of the processing, or until the consent given is withdrawn.

V. Every person, within the scope of the law, has the right to request access to, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing of personal data concerning him or her, to object to processing, and the right to data portability. The data subject has the right to withdraw the consent granted for processing at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out before the withdrawal of consent. He or she may also lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.

VI. In certain situations, the Administrator has the right to transfer your personal data to other recipients if this is necessary to fulfil the purpose of the processing. In such a case, we will transfer your personal data to three groups of recipients: persons authorised by the Administrator, our employees and associates who need to have access to your personal data in order to perform their duties, processors to whom we entrust the processing of your personal data and other recipients of your data, in particular state authorities.
